本人在读研究生，计划八月10左右去澳大利亚参加学术会议。手里事情较多就找了中青旅代办。6.21寄出准备资料，中青旅初审后6.26号送进上海大使馆。完全按照中青旅列出的在校学生资料清单准备的资料。1 学生证彩色复印件2护照3签证申请表4中青旅受理表5 2张2寸白底近期免冠彩照6户口本全家全内容彩色复印件7正反面彩色复印件印在一张A4纸上8 必备材料：申请人名下最近半年的银行对账单，应有收入和支出的记录，余额不少于5万元人民币或等值外币（临时存入5万元无效）；本人名下的五万元人民币或等值外币的存款证明彩色复印件；金额不少于5万人民币任何金融产品持有证明，如基金、股票、理财、国债等； 以上材料三选一即可，为提升出签率建议三选二。（我选的三选一中第二项，去开了自己名下的存款证明） 9 参加国际会议的邀请函以上资料备齐后，本人以为学生出国参加会议应该容易出签。没想到7.3收到拒签通知，没有电调，直接拒签。拒签理由，600 - VISITOR You did not satisfy Subclause 600.211 of the Migration Regulations 1994.......Under policy when considering “any other relevant matter”, decision makers may take into account a wide range of considerations to determine whether an applicant genuinely intends a temporary stay in Australia. This may include, but is not limited to, the applicant’s employment, economic and family circumstances, their credibility, the claimed purpose and period of stay, and the applicant’s previous travel history.
In assessing these criteria I have taken into account the information provided in your visa application form and the supporting documents provided. On balance, I find that you have not demonstrated sufficiently strong employment, economic, family or other commitments in China that would be sufficient incentive for you to return to China.
More specifically, I note you claim to be a student, though limited evidence has been provided to support your claimed studies. As such, I do not consider that you have strong incentives to return China at the end of your proposed stay in Australia.
In light of the above considerations, I am not satisfied that you genuinely intend to stay temporarily in Australia for the purpose you have stated, and therefore find that you do not satisfy Subclause 600.211 of the Migration Regulations 1994. （拒绝理由是我缺少资金支持，可是我提交了存款证明啊而且存了很久的）
本人着急去澳大利亚参加会议，想再次申请，请问应该如何有针对性的提交资料？应该提交自己银行卡的流水？还是再加上父母银行卡的流水？本人在读学生，银行卡流水和余额不多，父母的也不多，平时都是现金支付买东西。求论坛热心朋友指导！@小丸子版主
