资金是一方面。关键是要看上两次为什么拒签。知道拒签理由，看是否能针对拒签理由来准备材料来消除签证官的疑虑！

第一次拒签理由是回国约束力不足，资金是近期存入一笔。第二次拒签原因：You intend to visit Australia from 1 October 2014 to 8 October 2014 for a holiday.

 Although you are employed, I note that you receive a limited monthly income.

 You provided evidence of savings in your name in China Merchants Bank in the
amount of RMB 50,000 and evidence of savings in other banks.

 You do not have immediate family members remain in China when you visit
Australia.

 You lodged a Visitor visa application with Shanghai office on 30 June 2014 and it was
refused on 22 July 2014. You have provided no evidence to demonstrate any change
in your circumstances since the last application.

Based on above, I am not satisfied that you have demonstrated sufficient employment, family
or asset ties in China as incentives to return after you stay in Australia. I therefore find that
you do not intend a temporary visit and will comply with your visa conditions in Australia. I
find that you do not satisfy clause 600.211 of the Migration Regulations。8月份第二次拒签后，去了新加坡和日本，日本是11月份去的。如果针对拒签原因补充材料，12月份准备第三次申请，不知是否妥当？

资金方面有问题，第二次拒签指出工资不高，资金又临时存入的。就是你的工作和收入签证官不满意。你看怎么补足材料来打消签证官疑虑。工资流水提供6个月以上的最好一年。完税证明社保一并提供。公司相关材料能提供的也提供，比如营业执照。
家庭方面，无约束。所以再次申请除了提供你的户口，建议再提供父母的户口，并去做一下亲属关系公证。如果有全家出行的照片也可以提供。
最后就是行程方面的材料。
拒了两次还要申请第三次，时间间隔不长，签证官或许会有疑虑为什么一定要去。。。这个你也要考虑到。
