本人江西南昌，这个月上旬把所有准备好的材料，快递到上海领事馆。2周后，就收到了一封拒签的邮件，期间没有电询。看拒签信居然是从广州发来的，弄得一头雾水的。然后也没看太明白具体拒签的理由是什么，我这情况该怎么处理呢？
附：本人母亲是澳洲公民，我提供了自身一切的材料以及母亲写的邀请函。给签证官的信里也说了去看看老妈，顺带旅游！
拒签理由如下：
