请教丸子，在日本常驻，申请澳签中！

丸子版主，我的朋友在日本，刚刚递交了资料到韩国，准备和我们一起去澳旅行，我们的签证已出签。我们的旅行时间是今年7月底到8月初，15天。
她在日本不知道为什么总是发帖失败，我来帮她发下帖，请求帮助！！！

我们的基本情况：我们一家三口于去年去日本生活，我爱人得到了日本的经营管理签证，他在日本经营企业，这次是以他为主申请的签证，我是按全职主妇，提供了银行流水，孩子在日本上小学。

现在感觉有问题的地方是：

1、按照驻日使馆提供的资料准备的材料，刚发现我爱人的日签还有4个月过期，也就是9月到期。这应该是个大问题吧

2、有的资料复印成黑白色了。

材料他们是邮寄到韩国，好像日本办不了电子签证。那就再继续邮寄彩色扫描件？
