我们一家三口1月10日办的澳签，1月11日大人出签了，但是孩子还没有，我们是2.11日飞的，之前写过催签信的，签证官回复：Thank you for your email. Please kindly be noted that your daughter’s application is still under processing. Please kindly refer to

for the processing time. Please kindly be advised that you need to upload your documents to the ImmiAccount if needed。

现在怎么办，我还要继续写信催吗？

上传了，我还把父母的出签文件也上传了，我们2月10日出发，是再上海领事馆办的，现在一点消息也没有，怎么办？
