600签证办理中收到需提供健康表邮件,请帮忙解答!
版主,你好!正在给孩子办理600签证,今天收到签证官发来的邮件,邮件题目:FW: e600 - Health requirements – health checks – File number: BCC2017/4122959 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]
前提是我的孩子患有脊髓肌萎缩疾病,肢体远端运动无法完成,因此没有上学,提交签证的时候提交了孩子的残疾证,收到签证官的这封邮件后,用翻译软件看大概是需要提交健康检查文件,邮件中发了一张表格,如下:
是否只完这张表格给签证官返回后就可以了?还是需要去指定的医疗地方进行休检?烦请版主百忙之中答复,十分感谢!
