求助600网签申请不通过

Critical data confirmation输到这一步，确认，反馈如下
Based on the entered passport details, applicant HONG ZHANG is not eligible to apply for this visa using this online service. Ensure the passport details have been entered exactly as they appear in the applicant's passport. The applicant will not be able to continue and should review the eligibility information on our website.

具体情况：上海户口，护照有效期2018.11，没有不良记录，非白本 G开头编号
有什么原因吗？

我自己的护照呀，填了三遍了，我再去刷一遍

有没有重名，或者黑名单之类的说法？我本人是没有这样的记录，但是名字太普通，会不会有这样的情况，有没有人知道呀？

其他人网签，就我一个人去签证中心办的，都下签了

我朋友说可能是重名导致的系统不接受

极有可能啊{:54:} 重名就算进入审核程序，签出也要拖很久。。。
